  Insurepaws is the name of a marketing website used to promote a WRLIFE insurance product named InsurePaws. It is not a juristic entity.

• Who owns the pet insurance product?

  The pet insurance product is owned by Wrlife LLP

• Who is your insurer?

  Your insurer is Wrlife LLP

• Whom did you pay your insurance premium to?

  Option 1: You paid your insurance premium by credit card to Wrlife LLP ( please check you payment slip)

  Option 2 : You paid your insurance premium by transfer to Assist International Services ( please check you payment slip)

• Where should you send your claims to?

  You should send your claims to : pet_claims@assistinter.com and contact@wrlife.net

• Where should you ask to be refunded?

  You should request a refund from Wrlife LLP

• Should I cancel my insurance policy?

  We have given our notice for termination to Wrlife LLp based on their lack of responsiveness and inability to process the claims they are receiving in due time, we cannot guarantee that they will honor their obligations. Ultimately, the decision to cancel your insurance policy is up to you.

• Should I cancel my credit card?

  Ultimately, the decision to cancel your credit card is up to you. However, if you choose to cancel, make sure to inform to issue a different number to avoid any unauthorized debits to your account. Please follow the terms of conditions of Wrlife lLLP your insurer . It’s important to note that we cannot guarantee that Wrlife, your insurer, will honor their obligations.
